Maintenance Contracts – Assurance of Continuity

To avoid unplanned downtime of your injection molding machine – with all possible consequences for your production – we recommend taking out a maintenance contract. With a contract from Stork IMM, your machine becomes part of a structured, annual maintenance program. This not only gives you technical assurance but also peace of mind in your planning and budgeting.

During the annual service, your machine is carefully inspected by our experienced service team. The inspection is carried out according to a fixed protocol, which can be adapted if necessary to the specific version and usage of your machine. We check, among other things:

• The general visual condition of the machine
• The operation and wear of moving parts
• Drive systems (mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic)
• Hydraulic systems and leak tightness
• Protection and safety systems

In addition, essential bolts, nuts, and couplings are checked and tightened if necessary. The machine is adjusted, aligned, and lubricated according to specifications. Minor repairs can be carried out immediately during the inspection to prevent extra downtime.

Afterwards, you will receive a clear inspection report per machine, including the current status, identified issues, and any recommendations. For necessary replacement parts or maintenance work, you will receive a detailed quotation, allowing you to plan and decide accordingly.

One-off Inspections – Flexibility Where You Need It

Would you rather not be bound by a contract but still want the assurance of regular technical insights? Then we also offer the option of scheduling one-time or periodic standalone inspections. You decide the frequency and timing, and we ensure a professional check of your machine following the same expert protocol. Ideal during seasonal production peaks, recent malfunctions, or in preparation for an important production run.
